Who is the controller
The controller of the data processed on this site is Aprumia, a transportation technology company based in São Paulo, Brazil. Contact for privacy matters: contact@aprumia.com.
What data is collected
Cloudflare Web Analytics: audience measurement without cookies and without persistent identifiers. It records, in aggregate, pages visited, country of origin, browser type and performance metrics (Core Web Vitals). It does not identify the visitor and is always active.
Google Analytics 4: loaded only if you accept analytics cookies in the notice shown on the site. It uses first-party cookies (prefix _ga) to distinguish sessions and records pages visited and interactions such as clicks on the contact button, clicks on LinkedIn links, language switches and scroll depth. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses; the IP is used only to derive an approximate location and is then discarded.
Contact by e-mail: when you write to contact@aprumia.com, we process your name, e-mail address and the content of your message in order to reply.
Technical logs: Cloudflare, the hosting and network provider, keeps access logs (IP address, date and requested resource) for security and abuse prevention.
Purpose and legal basis
Measuring use of the site and improving its content and performance (legitimate interest for cookieless measurement; consent for Google Analytics 4).
Replying to enquiries and holding initial conversations about services (pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest).
Keeping the site secure and available (legitimate interest).
Retention
Google Analytics 4: event data associated with identifiers is retained for 14 months; aggregated reports have no set expiry.
Cloudflare Web Analytics: aggregated data only, with no individual identifiers.
Contact e-mails: for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, if a business relationship follows, for the applicable legal period.
Sharing and international transfers
Measurement data is processed by Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) and Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and Web Analytics), acting as processors, which may process data outside Brazil and the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses and the mechanisms provided for in the LGPD and the GDPR. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Your rights
Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) and, where applicable, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may request: confirmation that processing takes place, access to your data, rectification, anonymization or erasure, portability, information about sharing, objection to processing and withdrawal of consent.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@aprumia.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) or, for residents of the European Union, with the data protection authority of your country.
How to withdraw consent
Use the Cookie preferences link in the site footer to change your choice at any time. If you decline, Google Analytics 4 is no longer loaded on subsequent pages. You can also delete cookies in your browser.
